What's the process to place an order?
Two options:
a. Text, email, or message us on Instagram with your questions, and a member of Kora Apparel will walk you through the ordering process.
b. Place an order on the website and a member of Kora Apparel will reach out to you within two business days
What's the minimum order quantity?
Our flagship offering consists of a set of 5 jerseys. If you’d like to have two sets of 4 jerseys with a similar design (one light and one dark), you can add 3 more jerseys to your order.
Single jersey orders for new designs are not available at this time.
What's the turnaround time?
The typical turnaround time is 30 days or less from the design confirmation to the delivery of jerseys to your doorstep. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier’s operations, customs processing times, and any logistical complications.
How long is the design process?
Design begins within 48 hours of payment received through this online store. It takes as little as 2 weeks to achieve your vision, though we recommend taking no longer than that. This is an investment in your personal brand or business, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
What is the design process like?
Once you place your order on this website, a member of Kora Apparel will reach out to you to initiate the design process. We can communicate with you through video, phone, email, or text (recommended).
We’ll inquire about any logos or graphics you’d like to incorporate into your jersey and begin developing a vision. At this stage, preparing inspiration photos to share with us will significantly expedite the design process!
I don't have a vision for my jerseys... can you help?
Yes, of course! We constantly work with customers who trust us to craft a vision for them. It usually takes 3-4 design iterations to achieve your vision. Trust the process!
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not permitted. Please confirm your jersey sizes with the size chart.
Right to Refuse Service
Kora Apparel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, instances where we believe customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests, safety, or that of our staff.
